Good afternoon my humble audience , welcome to our exciting book review as we continue from where we stopped in the previous review .
Having talked about the four-step model in the previous post ,so today we will take a look at how the author summarized this four step model into what he called ' Four laws of behavior change " . this law can be seen as a practical framework with which is neccesary for creating good habits and breaking bad ones .
1 . Make It Obvious (Cue):
If you really have this strong desire of creating a good habit , then you must learn how to make the cues for your desired habits more noticeable.
you can do this by placing something that can serve as a visual reminder whithin the environment or arranging your environment in such a way that the habit is easily noticeable.
